License Agreement

By breaking the seal to this box you accept the following conditions and agree to abide by them under penalty of law. The digitally recorded impulse samples and presets on this disc are licensed, not sold to you by Timbral Research LLC. All impulse samples and presets are now and remain the property of Timbral Research LLC and are licensed to the end user only for use in a DAW or plugin. This license expressly forbids resale or distribution of these impulse samples and presets, either as they exist on this disc or reformatted for use in a DAW or plugin. You cannot sell them or give them away. Once you break the seal you cannot return this product for a refund under any circumstances. Any usage not specifically allowed by this license, including but not limited to any usage by an unlicensed individual or organization, will be prosecuted to the full extent under the law.
